Pre-Coaching Prep (Week Before Start Date)
Prepare for success with our comprehensive pre-coaching prep, featuring educational materials and interactive support to set you up for success.

🔹 The Science of Sleep – Understand the basics of sleep cycles, circadian rhythms, and age-appropriate sleep needs.

Week 1: Gentle Sleep Training & Foundational Strategies
During this week, you’ll receive live expert guidance via Zoom calls and daily support inside our private Skool platform.
🔹 Zoom 1 (Introductory Group Call) – Get an overview of the sleep plan, gentle sleep training approach, and expectations for the program.
🔹 First 3 Nights: Sleep Plan Implementation – Put the sleep plan into action with direct guidance from our coaches.
🔹 Unlimited Access to Expert Support – Receive real-time troubleshooting, personalized feedback, and Q&A inside our Skool membership platform.
Week 2: Troubleshooting & Advanced Sleep Strategies
As you begin seeing progress, we’ll fine-tune sleep strategies and provide additional guidance for long-term success.
🔹 Zoom 2 (Check-in & Q&A Call) – Discuss sleep challenges, refine strategies, and ensure your child’s sleep plan is fully optimized.

Week 3: Graduation & Long-Term Success Strategies
As we wrap up, you’ll receive final adjustments and advanced training to maintain sleep success beyond the program.
🔹 Zoom 3 (Advanced Sleep & Graduation Call) – Learn strategies for transitioning into new sleep schedules, dealing with regressions, and maintaining long-term sleep success.
