  • First 3 Nights: Guided Implementation
    You’ll put your sleep plan into action while receiving direct support.

  • Daily Coaching Inside Skool
    Post updates, ask questions, and receive real-time troubleshooting from Lindsey and Paige.

 

Most families experience meaningful improvement during this week.

 
Week 2: Stabilize & Strengthen

Now we fine-tune.

  • Zoom 2: Check-In + Q&A Call
    Address challenges, refine schedules, adjust as needed.

  • Ongoing daily expert support inside Skool

  • Guidance for nap struggles, early risings, and remaining wakings

  • Sleep troubleshooting frameworks

Will there be crying?

We use a gentle, responsive approach tailored to your child. We’ll guide you through what to expect and how to respond.

 

What if my baby gets sick during the program?

You’ll receive guidance on how to adjust and protect progress.

 

What if we’re traveling soon?

As long as you are not traveling during the 3 week program, no problem. Travel strategies are included in Week 3 resources.

 

What if I’m nervous to start?

That’s completely normal. You will not be doing this alone.

We were struggling with increased night waking and early mornings beyond his recovery window and knew we needed support.
